Legal Operation Officer and Project Manager (80-100%)

SIX is looking for an Operation Officer and Project Manager for the Legal & Regulatory Function (L&R), to cover for a maternity leave for 6 months.
As Legal Operation Officer, your support the Group General Counsel in the establishment of operational and risk management processes as well as communication and adherence to these processes. You report to the Group General Counsel.
The Legal & Regulatory function is a team of 40 professionals mostly located in Switzerland and Spain.
What You Will Do
- Drive Seamless Execution: Ensure the smooth drafting, communication, and presentation of L&R regulations and work instructions. Leverage PowerPoint for impactful presentations, and maintain robust reporting and ongoing monitoring to guarantee consistent adherence
- Risk Management: Manage L&R risk controls and evidence. Continuously review and streamline processes, align closely with Risk Management, and communicate requirements clearly to establish efficient, sustainable adherence practices
- Collaboration Tools: Oversee the L&R Team SharePoint site as the central document repository. Lead the adoption and migration of documents, monitor compliance with guidelines, and swiftly address any remediation needs to ensure a seamless user experience
- Activity Lists: Oversee the adoption of activity lists, ensure ongoing compliance with established guidelines, and take prompt action to resolve any issues.
- Lead and Support Projects: Manage key projects such as external counsel management and regulatory monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement
- Establish Standards and Processes: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement standards and processes that foster coordinated, efficient, and high-quality operations
