This is what you can achieve

You are responsible for operating and ensuring the smooth running of the systems and machines in the production of fruit base materials.

You produce fruit preparations from over 250 recipes, which are used at various Emmi locations in quark, yogurt, dessert, and ice cream products.

Innovation is standard – the team is involved in over 150 operational trials per year in the field of fruit base materials!

You independently carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Hygiene is our top priority, and in this regard, you inspect our products according to guidelines and specifications and report the results.

Your technical skills and knowledge enable you to provide support with production problems that arise.

This is what you bring

You have vocational training in the food sector (dairy technology, baker, cook, etc.) or a few years of experience in a similar role.

You demonstrate your flexibility with your willingness to work shifts.

You are a team player through and through and fit perfectly into our corporate culture with your open and positive attitude – WE ARE EMMI.

You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
