You enter the recently reopened Neuchâtel City Hotel and you know: today, everything is in your hands.
As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of our modern hotel with recently reopened self-check-in. You ensure efficient processes, clear structures, and impeccable quality on a daily basis – and you do not hesitate to intervene where necessary.
We are looking for a committed person with a strong "hands-on" mentality, capable of taking responsibility and successfully implementing our self-check-in concept operationally.
Your mission with us
- You assume overall responsibility for the operational functioning and safety of the on-site establishment.
- You are the host and the first point of contact for our customers; your hours adapt to the flow of activity, including evenings and weekends.
- You coordinate the Housekeeping team or other external service providers, ensuring quality control and scheduling interventions.
- You work closely with our remote reception (call center), handle group reservations and customer requests professionally, and ensure quick, solution-oriented responses – by phone, email, and on-site.
- You coordinate issues related to technical facilities and maintenance, as well as operational supply orders.
- You ensure compliance with b_smart standards and liaise with headquarters (HR, Finance, IT), especially for quality and occupancy rate reporting.

- You master digital tools and hotel management systems

- You speak French as a native language and, in addition, either German or English
