About the job
As a competence center for personnel, the Human Resources and Organization department is responsible for comprehensive and professional HR support throughout the entire cantonal administration and is in charge of the full range of modern personnel management.
We are looking for a
Clerk in Personnel Administration 70–80 %
immediately or by arrangement with the workplace in Glarus.
Tasks
- Administration of entries and exits
- Co-responsibility for operational personnel and payroll administration (payroll processing, permits, service anniversaries, accident and daily sickness benefits notifications, family allowances, secondary employment, secondary income accounting)
- Responsibility for time recording
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Maintenance of management and employee handbook (intranet)
- Support in internal management training as well as in organizing personnel events
- Participation in the digitization of HR processes
Requirements
- Commercial training
- Good knowledge and experience in operational personnel and payroll administration
- Solid user knowledge of Abacus
- Proven MS Office skills
- Networked thinking, independent and structured working
- Precise working method, high quality awareness, implementation strength
- Confidence in spoken and written language
