Do you want to help shape the future of the financial market together with SIX Exchange Regulation AG? We offer you an exciting position in the Disclosure & Prospectus Office area.
SER ensures independent regulation and supervision of SIX exchanges as an independent body. The Listing & Enforcement area is responsible, among other things, for monitoring compliance with disclosure obligations for listed companies.
As a specialist and valuable member of the Disclosure & Prospectus Office, you inform the market in a timely manner about who controls a company. You validate notifications, review publications, and maintain contact with investors and issuers both domestically and abroad. In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing prospectuses.

These are your tasks
- Active participation in shaping practice in the area of disclosure notifications and prospectus review
- Monitoring compliance with and enforcement of disclosure law regulations
- Review of prospectuses according to legal requirements
- Application, support, and further development of internet-based applications
- Oral and written response to inquiries from applicants and their representatives
- Legal support in general legal matters and collaboration on internal projects
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial or comparable training, ideally with additional legal training (e.g., paralegal)
- IT affinity and interest in supporting and further developing various applications
- Structured and independent working style, commitment, and resilience
- Team player with organizational talent, efficient time management, and good IT user skills
- Very good oral and written German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
