About the job
We are looking for a teacher for our school in Winterthur starting August 1, 2026, preferably with a degree in curative education.

Your tasks
- Leading a mixed-age small class with 10–12 children with special needs, including ADHD, ASD, developmental delays, and psychological stress – together with a job partner.
- You teach resource-oriented and at different learning levels and enjoy interdisciplinary and project-based work.
- You accompany and support the children in their holistic development and create an environment where they feel safe, seen, and
strengthened.
- In a multiprofessional tandem, you work closely with a social pedagogue: together you lead the small class and share responsibility for the promotion of the students.
- Leading a class team consisting of classroom assistants and/or a social pedagogue in training.
- Committed collaboration in the special education team consisting of 3 small classes.
What you bring
- A teaching diploma recognized by the EDK for primary level (grades 1–6) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience or training in working with children with special needs (PH, HFH, or comparable practice).
- Clarity, warmth, and responsibility in your pedagogical attitude.
- Joy in exploring new paths and actively, creatively, and collaboratively advancing school and team development.
