City Green Winterthur plans, maintains, and manages the green and open spaces, the forest, the Bruderhaus wildlife park, the five cemeteries, as well as the crematorium of the garden city Winterthur. Our services are central to the quality of the garden city Winterthur as a residential and business location.Your Tasks
- Professional guidance of a small group of 2 to 3 employees
- Organization, coordination, and execution of demanding maintenance and upkeep work, park facilities, roadside green areas, as well as avenue trees
- Competent and safe operation of machines and equipment
- Responsible for occupational safety, signage of workplaces, and traffic control
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a landscape gardener EFZ with a focus on garden maintenance
- Solid knowledge in the field of green space maintenance
- Confident and careful handling of machines and equipment
- Team player, convincing, highly independent as well as high safety and risk awareness
- Driver's license category B (BE advantageous)
