What are we looking for? A dynamic young graduate Inside Sales Representative seeking for a great opportunity who will support the development and management of our 1st market in the lighting industry.

How to be successful in this position? You identify, analyse and develop new business opportunities through sales actions to achieve ambitious objectives. You meet new and existing clients and distributors, performing them product demos and trainings and close the deals.

You maintain a strong and successful relationships with clients and distributors in order to understand and anticipate their future needs and requirements. You will collaborate with the team to evaluate current sales performance and maximize business reach and potential.

What do you need to be instrumental in this role? You have an entrepreneur mindset with excellent communication skills. You have good ability to organise and coordinate sales initiatives in a fast pace environment. You have a very good command of French, English and German, written and spoken, at a negotiating level. An experience working in a start-up is a real plus.

What DNA profile is expected? A proactive and self-motivated person. An autonomous and team-oriented personality, with excellent communication skills.
