Your Area of Responsibility

While the world is becoming increasingly complex, we help our international customers stay oriented. As a Project Manager GRC (all genders) in our Customer Success Team at the Olten location, you not only shape the software landscape of leading corporations (Fortune 500), but you are also embedded in a team that supports and challenges you. Accompany customer projects as an expert from requirements gathering, through conception to technical implementation, and be responsible for the success of large implementation projects. 
 
 We have the following exciting tasks in store for you:

• As a Project Manager and first point of contact for your customers, you always have an overview of where your customers currently stand and what needs to happen next
• Together with customers, you develop concepts on how new requirements can be integrated into our GRC solution to help the customer act even more efficiently and purposefully
• You analyze exciting, new regulatory requirements around the topic of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and constantly expand your knowledge in the relevant specialist areas
• Thanks to your technical affinity, you independently and purposefully configure the customer's requirements in our GRC solution and work hand-in-hand with our developers to implement even the more technical requirements
• The customer's success is your top priority, and therefore you conduct targeted training and specialist workshops in the areas of process, organization, risk, security, and 
   continuity management (BCM) to ensure that everyone is capable of working
• You enjoy regular contact with customers and find it easy to inspire them

You

• Education and Training: You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a similar field, great! But we know: experience counts just as much. Therefore, we are also happy to consider applications from talents with relevant practical experience
• Professional and Industry Experience: You already have 3-5 years of experience in the GRC field (BCM, ISMS, or risk management) and in leading IT projects   
• Sales Power: You have a sales mindset and enjoy accompanying customers long-term and leveraging upselling potentials
• IT Affinity: You don't have to be a developer, but you are interested in technology and enjoy it. You know how to communicate with developers
• Hands-on: You are a doer with a "can-do" attitude who identifies with the quality of their work and is motivated by achieving visible results
• Teamwork: You want to be part of a young, growing team that thinks service-oriented, works structured, and lives responsibility
• Language and Communication Skills: You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written, and have the ability to present complex topics clearly
