Your Main Tasks
- Ensuring the trouble-free operation of technical systems, especially hot water preparation, heating and hot water systems, steam systems as well as the cooling network
- Independent planning, organization and coordination of inspection, maintenance and repair measures in daily business, including the management of external service providers
- Parameterization and operation of the systems via the building management system
- Optimization of control processes within the framework of strategic energy planning
- Responsibility for the implementation of assigned orders and projects. You support the planning implementation of construction projects and accompany corresponding work
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation
- Ensuring compliance with applicable standards, legal regulations as well as internal guidelines and processes of the USZ
- After comprehensive training, you will take on shifts in the on-call service (7/24 workshop standby and deployment service)
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation (HVAC); further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
- Sound expertise in heat generation and distribution (experience in the steam sector is an advantage) as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
- Several years of professional experience in plant maintenance and technical support, ideally in a 24/7 operation, preferably in a hospital environment
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and standards in the heating sector, including SVGW and drinking water hygiene
- Good IT skills (MS Office, maintenance software) as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style with a strong focus on customer orientation
- Resilient personality with high social competence and excellent
- German language skills in spoken and written form
