For our housekeeping team in Grenchen, we are looking for a
team leader in building cleaning 100 % starting October 1, 2025
You have completed training as a cleaning technician or facility maintenance specialist and have several years of professional experience as a team leader.

- who is team-oriented, resilient, reliable, and brings a high level of flexibility
- who has a high social competence and a flair for working with children and adolescents
- who enjoys working independently, accurately, and reliably
- with a category B driver's license
Your tasks include, among others:
- Planning, organizing, and carrying out maintenance, interim, and deep cleaning at the Grenchen location
- Responsibility and planning for the building cleaning team
- Ensuring hygiene and safety standards
- Setting up various rooms for internal and external events
- Administrative tasks
- Working with machines
- Waste management
