Responsibilities
- Together with a team of three, you ensure high-quality care and support for the residents during the night.
- You bear the main responsibility and ensure seamless information and documentation.
- You are the contact person for the nursing team, relatives, and doctors and act calmly and professionally in emergency situations.
- You actively contribute to the further development of care quality during the night.
Requirements Profile
- You are an open personality and enjoy working independently.
- You have a tertiary nursing education and experience in long-term care, ideally in night shifts.
- You possess solid knowledge in palliative care or are motivated to acquire it.
- You are resilient and act calmly and professionally in challenging situations.
- You have good German language skills in speaking and writing and understand the Swiss German language.
