For our client, Hirslanden Clinic St. Anna, we are immediately looking for the location in Lucerne:

Employee for Reception Service 60-100% (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• Reception and information desk for patients, customers, and employees
• Preferencing of patients
• Recording and managing patient master data
• Telephone support for departments regarding patient movements
• Handling various administrative tasks

What you bring:

• Helpful, communicative, and empathetic personality
• Quick responsiveness and stress-resistant character
• Strong service orientation, flexibility, and independence
• Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts (service time from Monday to Sunday 20:45 - 06:30)
• Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement register and criminal record)
