- Commercial training in the insurance industry (SME sector advantageous) or many years of experience in insurance mandatory
- Willingness to regularly continue education
- Service-oriented personality with joy in dealing with customers
- Sales experience in inside sales advantageous
- Independent, precise and efficient working style
- Trustworthy, confident appearance as well as confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
