• Personnel leadership and promotion of the setup technicians
• Troubleshooting injection molding machines and production automats
• Optimization of production processes
• Detailed planning of operating personnel in coordination with PPS
• Shift takeover and shift handover
• Handover and takeover of injection molding tools from and to tool maintenance

• Completed technical vocational training

Advantageous: Plastics technologist, plastics processor, or process mechanic for plastics

• Leadership experience in an industrial environment
