Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for workshop, vehicles and machinery
• Supervisor of the mechanic as well as technical authority over our drivers in all matters of vehicle maintenance
• Plan, coordinate and carry out repairs yourself
• Procure spare parts and materials economically
• Coordinate external workshops and suppliers
• Keep service and inspection appointments, costs and operational readiness under control
• Continuously optimise workshop processes and relieve management

• Technical training and experience with commercial vehicles
• Leadership skills, assertiveness and organisational talent
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong cost awareness
