About the job

The Weinfelden Retirement Center specializes in the care of senior citizens. In total, we have 109 places in the nursing area and 20 retirement apartments, which can be supplied with in-house Spitex services if needed. We also operate a hospice apartment and are certified in palliative care. Appreciation, empathy, and professionalism for the well-being of our residents – passion for us in care and support.

Main tasks

• Ensuring high-quality care and support in rapidly changing situations
• Care and support of residents
• Compliance with legal and operational hygiene regulations
• Achievement of your training goals

Requirements

• Motivation to complete this training
• Flexibility, resilience, and initiative

• Respectful and courteous treatment of people and a good sense of humor

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
