Training
In our training company, we promote our own junior staff. We regularly train apprentices in seven building technology professions. Our full-time apprenticeship supervisor is responsible for around 20-25 apprentices. The apprenticeship workshop, newly established in 2010, contains 9 fully equipped workstations and 5 welding boxes.
In our apprenticeship training, we place great importance on daily practice in the practical handling of the latest technologies, materials, and products.
During the training, concentrated educational blocks in the workshop alternate with practical assignments on the construction site. Based on our solid knowledge base, we teach the apprentices enthusiasm for work, personal responsibility, and team spirit. We train them for the future of our company.
For cooperation with customers and teamwork, appreciation, humanity, and trust are indispensable. They also have a very positive influence on performance and the working atmosphere. Therefore, through targeted further training, we promote the social skills of our employees beyond their professional competence.
