Our beautiful senior center is located in a well-preserved village on the outskirts of the city of Zurich. We offer 90 seniors from our five associated municipalities a family-like home where individual and dignified care/nursing is guaranteed. We do everything to offer our residents more than just an ordinary stay.

A group leader was able to make an important career step. Now we are looking for a new group leader.

Certified Nursing Specialist HF (80% – 100%)

Your area of responsibility:

• Leading a team of 4 - 5 employees with whom you jointly care for a group of about 8 - 9 residents
• Professional care and support of residents in the nursing department and, depending on shifts, also in the retirement home
• Taking over nursing responsibility for the entire home on certain days
• Contacts with external parties (e.g., doctors, relatives) as well as with internal departments
• Use of software such as EasyDok, BESA, Domis service billing, etc.

Your profile:

• You bring professional experience, are proactive, and enjoy working in a team. 
• You are characterized by empathy and social competence and enjoy working with elderly people.
• You are flexible and willing to occasionally work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays.
