• As an Enterprise Data Architect, you passionately and with leadership drive the further development of the Data Architecture. You have in-depth knowledge and experience in the area of Data Mesh (Data Products, Data Lineage, Data Contracting) and Domain-Driven Data Modelling
• You are strategically responsible for the Data Architecture of AXA CH and advise others on database technologies/architectures (SQL, NOSQL, DBaaS, ...). Your hands-on mentality helps you with implementation
• Part of your tasks is to advise the Product Teams regarding Database Design and Database Modeling or to review the designs and models. You also emphasize the application of our Data by Design guidelines
• You bring knowledge of Data Governance/Management and Compliance (Data Policies, Data Privacy, Data Security, Data Quality). You can influence and challenge SME colleagues if needed
• You also participate in the international environment within the AXA Group Data Architecture Community, influence and represent the interests of AXA CH there

• You have a solid IT background with at least 5 years of experience as an IT Architect or IT Lead Engineer focusing on Data Architecture
• In addition, you have very good knowledge regarding interoperability such as: Data Pipelines, Data Integration and Data Exchange, Kafka, ETL, API
• Topics like AI/Agent Integration / A2A, MCP etc. are not foreign to you and ideally you have initial experience
• Advantageous are the following skills:
  • Understanding of Big Data technologies
  • Programming skills (e.g. Python, Java)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms
  • Collibra platform (Data Catalog / Data Mesh Marketplace)
• Leadership topics: You have the ability to independently and in a team develop sustainable solutions and to enthuse and inspire peers, employees and stakeholders
• You are a committed personality with a lot of drive, a desire to shape things and passion
• In addition, you bring high resilience and pronounced stamina to act solution-oriented and effectively even in demanding situations
