The Foundation Altersiedlung Grenchen operates the two senior centers at Weinberg and Kastels for 173 residents and employs 270 staff and 30 trainees. Care and nursing are oriented to the needs and demands of the residents.
For the senior centers Grenchen, we are looking for a vocational trainer in the education sector by arrangement
Vocational Trainer Nursing HF (60-80%)
Your area of responsibility includes
- Implementing the ordinance of the SBFI on vocational education and training
- Professional training of trainees in the nursing field
- Monitoring learning success and achievement of training goals at the workplace and vocational school
- Assisting in the selection of trainees and interns
- Assignments as a nursing professional in daily business
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF
- A vocational pedagogical training equivalent to 100 learning hours (HF) or 40 learning hours (FaGe/AGS), e.g. vocational trainer course or willingness to continue education
- At least three years of professional experience, of which two years as a vocational trainer
- Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of the Swiss education system in nursing (cantonal requirements and OdA basics)
- Enjoy working with trainees
- Experience with IT and organizational skills
- RAI experience and knowledge of CareCoach nursing documentation are an advantage
