HR Specialist, 100%The Health Directorate ensures a high-quality, needs-based, and economically sustainable healthcare provision for the population of Zurich. The people of Zurich should be able to rely on a comprehensive healthcare system.
The General Secretariat is the staff unit of the Health Directorate. Among other things, it performs cross-sectional tasks for the four offices of the directorate. "Small but fine" is our well-coordinated HR team in the General Secretariat of the Health Directorate.
To complement our team, we look forward to welcoming you as a new HR Specialist, 100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- You are the contact person and sparring partner for all topics of the HR life cycle (including personnel administration, excluding payroll) for around 100 employees and line managers.
- You represent the Health Directorate in exciting HR working and project groups and help shape the future of cantonal HR together with colleagues from all directorates.
- You develop our HR services further together with us in the team.
Your profile:
- You have the federal HR specialist certificate (specialization A) and corresponding professional experience, ideally in a similar role.
- Your German is confident in both spoken and written form.
- You find working with HR IT systems easy. You have already worked with SAP or are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with it.
- You tackle work proactively, are down-to-earth and balanced. You can handle busy phases and time pressure while setting the right priorities.
- You perform your tasks responsibly and reliably.
- Thanks to your quick comprehension, openness, and cross-departmental thinking, you easily and flexibly find access to your contacts and new topics.
