Your main tasks
- Ensure adequate Time Management & Control, by ensuring robust planning of resources, skill and supporting staff to allow optimum delivery,
- Ensure proper implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS),
- Coordinate with Projects Coordinator for the planning and distribution of non-line maintenance tasks
- Participate in audits, investigations and additional administrative and coordination tasks
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Part-145 Line Maintenance or comparable aviation environment
- Experience in shift planning, capacity planning, and time management
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Good command of verbal and written English (B2–C1)
