Cyber Security Specialist C5I

• Participate in ICT projects and provide consulting regarding cyber security aspects for sensitive IT systems
• Co-responsible for the design and implementation of Zero Trust architectures in the space context
• Implementation and integration of modern cryptographic methods and protocols in productive systems
• Systematic assessment of risks from configurations, network architectures, and software designs as well as the development of appropriate security measures
• Develop, install, and integrate security components as well as automation and scripting solutions for productive operation
• Support in network and firewall topics as well as analysis and optimization of network architectures
• Close collaboration with colleagues from various departments
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and overviews
• Continuously mastering new assignments and challenges in an agile cyber security team

• University degree in computer science or an equivalent education, supplemented by further training in cyber security
• Several years of professional experience in cyber security with a focus on security engineering
• Experience in the design and implementation of Zero Trust architectures with a focus on identity & access management, network segmentation, and endpoint security
• Solid experience in automation and scripting, preferably with Bash, PowerShell, and Ansible
• Very good understanding of modern IT architectures
• Knowledge of container and virtualization technologies as well as hyperconverged systems is an advantage
• Industry experience in aviation or space is an advantage
• Openness and flexibility for a dynamic, growing environment
• Structured and conscientious personality with a can-do attitude
• Fluent in German as well as good English skills
• Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
