Tasks
- Create concept drafts and develop smart solutions with sales and project leads.
- Ensure mechanical elements meet time and quality requirements in projects.
- Design mechanical components for standard and custom automation solutions.
Skills
- Degree in mechanical engineering; experience in plant engineering is a plus.
- Solid CAD and PDM skills, ideally with SolidWorks and PDM.
- Ability to work under pressure and a strong willingness to learn.

About the job
Your task
- Creating concept drafts and developing smart solutions in collaboration with sales and project management
- Responsible for meeting time and quality requirements for the development of mechanical elements within the overall project
- Mechanical design and layout of standard and special modules up to complete automation solutions
- Integration of various mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive components up to complete robots
- Creating individual part and assembly drawings
- Maintaining master data
- Technical clarifications with customers and suppliers
Your profile
- Education in mechanical engineering at HF/FH level. Basic training as a designer is an advantage.
- Experience in plant construction is an advantage.
- Solid CAD and PDM knowledge (ideally SolidWorks, Solidworks PDM) - Good PC skills, ERP knowledge is an advantage (SAP B1)
- Resilience and a high level of willingness to learn
