Your area of responsibility
- As a team leader, you lead the department according to the service mandate and target specifications in collaboration with the department management and other team leaders. You are personally responsible for several employees from various professional groups of the nursing team
- You are responsible for implementing efficient, effective, and appropriate nursing care considering the framework conditions. In addition, you are responsible for coordinating and planning the processes on the ward together with the department management
- You care for and support patients and their relatives with great commitment according to the practice model of "patient- and family-centered care"
Your experience
- You have completed basic training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with professional experience and have attended further training in leadership or are willing to undergo leadership training
- You are a resilient, flexible, action-oriented, and communicative personality with high social and professional competence
- As an initiative and IT-affine personality, you bring a high service and quality awareness as well as good expression and communication skills
