Your missions
Growth & Acquisition
Manage and optimize a full-funnel growth engine focused on B2C lead generation
Oversee all online & offline channels, with rigorous monitoring of CAC and lead quality
Continuously optimize campaigns, landing pages, creatives, and channels to maximize conversion
Implement a continuous experimentation approach (A/B tests, new channels, new offers)
Identify, launch, and test new revenue sources
Brand, Content & Communication
Strengthen and evolve Neho's brand territory to gain trust, clarity, and differentiation
Oversee the consistency of Neho's brand identities across all media and channels
Lead storytelling, educational content, and communication strategies to enhance credibility with property owners
Lead Nurturing & CRM
Supervise and optimize nurturing to improve conversion at every funnel stage
Ensure Marketing-Sales alignment to optimize conversion rates and Revenue function efficiency
Budgeting and Planning
Define and manage the marketing budget, planning, and forecasts
Balance short-term acquisition goals with long-term brand development
Challenge and optimize our attribution logics
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales management to align messaging, lead quality, and funnel performance
Collaborate with Product management to improve user journeys and identify new growth levers
Management
Lead a team of 5 marketing specialists based between Lausanne and Zurich
Participate in future recruitment and structure the team according to growth
Develop the team: clear direction, regular feedback, tailored support, high-performance and collaborative culture

Job prerequisites
Your profile
Proven experience in B2C marketing, ideally in a start-up/scale-up environment
Proven experience managing small marketing teams
Strong expertise in acquisition, performance, growth, and conversion optimization
Solid analytical mindset: able to challenge hypotheses, analyze a funnel, and make ROI-oriented decisions
Understanding of the full acquisition funnel; experience collaborating with a Sales team is a plus
Comfortable in fast-paced, demanding, test-and-learn environments
Positive leadership, listening skills, humility, and transparency
Fluent in French and very good English (min. B2); German is a big plus
