Operator Cleanroom Chip-on-Board Production (a) Zurich City

Microdul AG in Zurich City, with around 100 employees, specializes in high-quality microelectronics with three business areas: Modules, Semiconductors, and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturized electronic circuits, realized in close collaboration with our customers - mainly in medical technology. For the production department Chip-on-Board manufacturing, we are looking for a new team member by arrangement.

• Setting up and operating machines for Chip-on-Board production (backend)
• Preparation of required production materials
• Performing die bond and wire bond processes (Microelectronic Packaging)
• Conducting pull and shear tests for quality control
• Dispensing materials for Globtop and Underfill, visual inspection
• Performing maintenance work after appropriate training
• Reworking all Chip-on-Board process steps
• Documenting all work steps in the ERP and traceability system
• Working under cleanroom conditions of class ISO 5 as well as at the microscope

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or comparable professional experience in electronics/microelectronics
• Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English
• Creativity and analytical thinking skills to solve technical challenges
• Reliable and careful handling of sensitive products, precise working method
• Resilience, initiative, and independent working
