The city police, with its over 250 employees, is committed to a safe and trustworthy Winterthur. To complement our team in the operations center, we are looking for a motivated police officer starting 01.05.2026 or by arrangement. Your Tasks

Data maintenance in the operations control system and its subsystems as well as the applications of the operations center

Creating and processing alarm dossiers (connection / dispatch / invoices)

First-level support for the operations center (radio, telephony, and operations center technology)

Support for operations center staff in case processing (including all tasks of the operations dispatchers)

Leadership support (FGG6) in normal, special, and extraordinary situations

Your Profile

Completed police training (federal diploma/certificate), re-entrants are welcome

IT user knowledge of police-specific applications

Very good communication skills with a high degree of empathy and flexibility

Confident appearance, strong team and interpersonal skills, high commitment

Willingness to work weekends and nights as well as special operations
