Independent mail processing (digital and physical) as well as reception and telephone service with triage administrative business control (deadline monitoring, pending management, filing, case closures, archiving) preparing shipments after weekly decision meetings participation in the meeting management of the weekly decision meetings (every Thursday) independent case processing in special procedures (paternity acknowledgments, declaration of joint parental custody, deposit of precautionary orders, information about existing measures, etc.) power user for Office@Work and the business management software (CMI KES) with special tasks (e.g. statistics) other administrative tasks (e.g. file preparation, payment transactions)
Commercial basic education (EFZ) several years of relevant professional experience at an administrative office or a law firm knowledge or interest in the field of child and adult protection excellent PC user skills in Word and Excel (ICT Advanced User SIZ), knowledge of CMI is an advantage clear communication and confidence in oral and written expression high reliability and confidentiality independent personality and efficient working style high social competence in dealing with different people in difficult life situations
