Our nursing specialists are the direct contacts during the stay of our approximately 96,000 patients per year. They are responsible for professional and individual care. The focus of care is always the well-being and regaining of independence of our patients. The nursing service is closely networked with all areas of the hospital and works closely with the medical service, therapies, and other departments.
An interesting, varied task awaits you in a continuously developing work environment. You have the opportunity to apply your expertise in various fields. We use the primary nursing system and work with electronic nursing documentation. Careful introduction and training opportunities support you in your professional development.
Your commitment
- Care of patients with a professional focus on surgery
- Professional and individual patient care in complex nursing situations as a primary nurse
- Comprehensive discharge planning
- Support for relatives
- Daily primary contact person for apprentices and students (HF, FH, FaGe)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (including weekends and night shifts)
You
- have completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- have professional experience in acute care in Switzerland. This is an advantage.
- have excellent German skills (spoken and written)
