To strengthen our team, we are looking for a personality as of January 2026 or by arrangement for the position of
Director of Leisure Sales (m/f/d)
Your extensive main responsibilities include:
• Development and implementation of a clear leisure sales strategy for national and international markets
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with travel agencies, luxury travel advisors, tour operators, and key consortia
• Representing the hotel at sales calls, roadshows, events, and international trade fairs
• Identifying new opportunities in existing and emerging source markets
• Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and promotions with leisure partners
• Managing all leisure pricing structures (FIT, wholesale, consortia, dynamic rates)
• Analyzing the performance of all leisure accounts and initiating necessary optimization measures
• Close collaboration with revenue management and marketing to optimally coordinate prices, availability, and campaigns
• Conducting FAM trips, site inspections, and VIP care
• Careful maintenance of all activities in the CRM system as well as preparation of regular reports and forecasts
• Supporting operational teams to ensure first-class guest experiences
• Contributing to the annual budget and pricing strategy as well as commercial planning processes
• Actively monitoring market trends, competitors, and developments in the global leisure segment
You have completed studies in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field and already have 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales, ideally in luxury hospitality. Your portfolio includes proven successes in managing leisure markets and achieving commercial goals, a strong network within the international leisure travel industry as well as in the environment of luxury travel advisors, and of course excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and building long-term customer relationships. You excel in handling CRM systems and common hotel sales software, impress us with your analytical thinking and ability to translate data into well-founded commercial decisions. High professionalism, a convincing presence, and pronounced intercultural competence are your nature; willingness to travel for sales missions, trade fairs, and market development is your passion, and above all, you enjoy working with revenue management, marketing, reservations, and operations.
