Skills
- Ideally possess a gardening or farming certificate and enthusiasm for gardening.
- Ability to work physically and manage agricultural machinery.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to biodynamic practices.

About the job
In our nursery, you will independently or as part of a team mainly take on the following tasks in the open field:
- Cultivation work in seed and vegetable crops by hand and with machines
- Harvesting and processing of the harvest
- Guidance and coordination of work teams
- Support of the breeding team during peak work periods
Preferably, you bring with you
- Professional certificate as gardener/farmer
- Enjoyment of horticultural activities
- Physical resilience
- Interest in organic vegetable seed production
- Precise, careful, and responsible way of working
- Willingness to handle agricultural machinery
- Openness to biodynamic farming methods
- Driver's license at least category B(E)
