Your tasks
- Aseptic Monitoring
- Implementation of the aseptic monitoring program
- Feedback to the affected personnel regarding the observations made
- Ensuring immediate measures in case of inadequate aseptic behavior in consultation with your supervisor or by own decisions
- Inspection of the general condition of the aseptic area
- Reporting results and trends to the supervisor
- Supporting the training of cleanroom personnel on aseptic working methods
- Supporting refresher training of cleanroom personnel
- Qualification and annual requalification for the cleanroom personnel entry process - Environmental Monitoring
- Responsible for carrying out environmental monitoring in the cleanroom areas of zones C and D as well as the structured, weekly organization and maintenance of the associated documentation according to internal and regulatory requirements
- Conducting special monitoring
- Statistical recording of raw data - Environmental Monitoring Zone A-D
- Data review of recorded raw data - Environmental Monitoring Zone A-D - Media Fill / Aseptic Process Simulation (APS)
- Assistance with media fill evaluation
- Media fill recording
Your profile
- Professional experience or training with content in hygiene and/or microbiology or experience as a production employee with cleanroom experience / experience in the sterile area of pharmaceutical production is a great advantage
- Experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance is desirable
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines and relevant regulations of quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as very reliable and precise working methods
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
