Project Manager: Construction Management / Client Representation (Execution Department)

• You support property management in technical construction questions and advise on the planning and control of the property budget
• You compare project planning work with user requirements and ensure their implementation
• You work closely with architects, planners, and authorities and coordinate the necessary approval procedures
• You take on the role as an interface between property management and construction management and ensure smooth information flow
• You lead overall management mandates and coordinate cross-departmental tasks between users, operators, contractors, and owners
• You monitor budget, schedules, and quality during planning and realization and ensure compliance with execution plans and service descriptions
• You are responsible for tenders, submissions, and cost estimates, conduct price negotiations, and prepare award proposals
• You organize defect remediation, warranty acceptances, and actively maintain contact with internal and external customers

• You have completed a basic technical construction education and further training as a construction manager HFP, technician HF, architect FH, or civil engineer FH
• You bring several years of professional experience as a project manager of renovation projects
• You have a strong affinity for projects in the execution phase and enjoy shaping execution processes
• You possess a high technical understanding, have a pragmatic mindset, and act solution-oriented
• You are resilient and have very good organizational skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously
• You are digitally savvy and have the ability to actively support changes
• You have a strong customer orientation and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You possess an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting as well as pleasant manners
