Clinic for Psychosis and Addiction
from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement (Fixed-term until 30 November 2027 with prospect of extension)
Would you like to work in a versatile clinic secretariat and ensure with your organisation that everything runs smoothly in the background? At the secretariat of the Clinic for Psychosis and Addiction at the Münsingen site, we are filling two vacancies with a workload of 50-70% and 100%. In your daily work, you are an important hub between the various professional groups, patients and other internal and external contacts. You work independently, keep an overview even with diverse concerns and make an important contribution to a smooth clinic routine with your careful and service-oriented way of working. You can expect a committed team, a varied range of tasks and the opportunity to contribute your experience and ideas.
Your tasks
- As a member of an interprofessional, committed team, you manage the admission and discharge correspondence. You proofread reports and assessments, format them and send them out
- You monitor appointments and deadlines regarding cost approvals, complaints and confidentiality releases
- Administrative support for senior physicians, assistant physicians, psychologists and social workers
- You take care of post and mail triage
- With your commitment, you put people at the centre
- With your know-how and experience, you can contribute and actively help shape the further development of our secretariat
- With your customer-oriented commitment, you contribute internally and externally to the success of the UPZ as a competent contact point and treatment centre for our patients
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally in the medical or administrative field with further training as a medical secretary or you are a medical practice assistant
- You are a resilient, service- and solution-oriented person with humour and empathy and have a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- In addition, you appreciate personal contact with various professional groups and have empathy for patients in difficult life situations
- You master the German language not only spoken and written but also have very good grammatical knowledge
- Proficient use of the usual MS Office programmes rounds off your profile
