To expand our language department, we are looking for you as a Commercial Clerk 100%. (between 25 - 50 years)

Main tasks

Your tasks include general secretarial duties as well as specialist and organizational tasks. You take over the administration of training areas (recording registrations, invoicing, processing course information up to the creation of diplomas), support the respective department heads and teachers. You also assist in coordinating between the various departments and their concerns.

As a clerk, you take on the key role for the satisfaction of our course participants and various organizations (e.g., RAV, SVA, companies, etc.).

Requirements

You are an experienced personality with commercial training and appropriate further education as well as good language and office skills. Your strengths lie in organization and coordination. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a pronounced customer orientation are required; professional experience in the education sector is an advantage.
