To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated individual for field service in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Your Tasks

• Troubleshooting and repairs on woodworking machines
• Maintenance and overhauls
• Commissioning and on-site customer instruction
• Technical support via telephone and/or remote access
• Assistance with application and operational queries

Your Profile

• Completed technical training (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, agricultural/construction machinery mechanic or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering and pneumatics
• Interest in complex technical machines and modern control systems
• Enjoyment in familiarising yourself with different machines and applications
• Independent, solution-oriented and reliable working style
• Customer-oriented manner and good communication skills
• IT affinity and interest in digital service tools are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
