Our strengths lie in ready-to-install construction parts as well as functionally appropriate housings and machine enclosures made of stainless steel, aluminum, and sheet steel. Your tasks

• Programming with Mastercam and project management in the MDM system
• Precise milling and drilling according to drawing specifications on 3- and 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain control
• Production of small and medium series for demanding customers
• Support of AVOR and your colleagues with technical questions
• Execution of self-inspections and quality assurance
• Monitoring and optimization of processes to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or mechanic
• Solid experience in CNC milling
• Very good knowledge of Heidenhain, CAD/CAM (Mastercam), and MDM or comparable applications
• Team-oriented, reliable, and careful working style
• Enjoyment of precision, personal responsibility, and solution-oriented thinking
