Your Tasks
- As program management: Ensuring a high-quality and market-compliant course execution. You are the face of this continuing education program, design new program content, and ensure high quality as well as excellent course execution of the existing program. Great emphasis is placed on supporting the lecturers from practice (including feedback and lecturer conferences).
- Teaching: As a lecturer, you teach in individual continuing education offerings and ensure a high practical relevance. Evaluating CAS and MAS final theses is also part of this.
- Marketing measures: Providing materials and organizing events.
- Further development: You support digitalization in teaching and are responsible for the introduction of new teaching formats.
Your Profile
- Excellent expertise in construction project management or a comparable discipline
- At least 10 years of professional experience
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Affinity for project management in construction and BIM/digitalization
- Strong organizational talent and quality awareness
- Charismatic team player
- Network in the construction industry
- Initiative personality and structured working method
- Methodological competence in moderation and presentation
- Service and consulting orientation
- Affinity in the area of social media
