Job Description
As a Business Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for the successful introduction, support, and further development of business customers of the SaaS solution Flatfox. The role combines customer success, account management, technical product implementation, and customer-oriented process optimization.
Your mission:
Customer Onboarding & Customer Success
- Strategic support, development, and consulting of existing customers
- Accompanying new customers during rollout including conducting training online and on-site
- Technical setup and configuration of Flatfox, including interfaces to third-party portals (IDX) and ERP systems (API)
Sales Support & Contract Negotiations
- Presentation of the Flatfox solution to existing and potential customers as well as follow-up of leads
- Up- and cross-selling of Flatfox solutions
- Analysis and consulting regarding the optimal use of software solutions
Support & Customer Care
- Support and customer care via email and phone
- Optimization and documentation of internal sales and customer success processes
Support in Product Improvements & Projects
- Systematic collection and prioritization of customer feedback
- Collaboration with the product team to implement customer requirements
- Participation in marketing initiatives in the B2B environment
- Participation in cross-departmental OKR teams
Qualifications
You bring:
- Experience in customer success/account management or property management
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills
- Confident written and spoken German
- Good English (company language), French or Italian is a plus
- Ability to present complex issues clearly and represent decisions convincingly
- Technical understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and integration-related topics
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Resilience, flexibility, and enjoyment of dynamic environments
- Proactive contributing role in the continuous improvement of products and processes
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland: trainings/demos take place online and on-site.
