We continue to grow and are looking for another team member for our Corporate Finance team immediately or by arrangement.
Expert Consulting Corporate Finance 100% (m/f/d)
This is what you can ACHIEVE:
- You create company valuations and financial models that serve as a solid basis for decision-making for our clients and help achieve strategic goals. Financial plans included.
- You take over the coordination of due diligence audits and independently manage subprojects, being responsible for the entire process and always keeping an overview.
- You support succession planning and M&A transactions and accompany companies through all phases of the transaction, from planning to implementation.
- You create and coordinate important transaction documents in the M&A area such as IMs, long and shortlists, teasers, and presentations, ensuring they are professionally and purposefully prepared.
- You actively help to advance and further develop the Corporate Finance area in the coming years. You are capable of developing/restructuring products/services in Corporate Finance and also enjoy working on the acquisition front.
- You work closely in a team, independently take on project sub-tasks, and guide younger employees to be successful together. Team leadership is foreseeable possible.
Your profile EXCITES, because you…
- Ideally have a qualification as a certified public accountant.
- Have at least 2-3 years of professional experience as an auditor and/or in the area of M&A, due diligence, or succession planning, ideally in an SME environment.
- Bring an independent, reliable, and committed working style and approach complex tasks precisely and structured.
- Think entrepreneurially and master challenges proactively and solution-oriented.
- Enjoy working at the customer front but also in a team.
- Are open to new topics and further training in Corporate Finance and M&A and are willing to continuously develop yourself.
