Your Tasks
You introduce new employees, Diploma HF, NDS HF students, and Diploma Experts in Intensive Care NDS HF (or equivalent further training) in the intensive care unit.
You support and promote NDS HF students in a practice-oriented manner in the transfer between theory and practice in the KIM and record their learning progress and learning objectives.
You teach theory units and participate in exams at the practical learning site.
You take on delegated tasks from the Head of Continuing Education Intensive Care and the respective team leader or the Head of Nursing KIM.
Your Profile
You have completed further training as a certified expert in intensive care NDS HF IPS / FA IPS (Swiss professional certificate) and have 3 years of professional experience.
You have pedagogical training according to the requirements of the NDS HF Intensive Care framework curriculum or are willing to complete such training (SVEB 1).
You have an interest and joy in accompanying people as well as conveying structured specialist knowledge.
You bring a high level of professional, self, and social competence and have IT skills.
You engage with professional roles and embody the respective role model function.
You orient yourself in your role as a vocational trainer according to the learning concepts of the practical learning site.
