The rehabilitation clinic in Baden-Dättwil offers rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and neurological patients at a high medical level. Thanks to interdisciplinary collaboration and the excellent expertise of the treatment teams, we tailor our efficient therapy programs individually to the needs of these patients.

Our ward with 38 beds cares for 28 MSK patients and 10 neuro patients and is located in a central location in Baden near the cantonal hospital with very good public transport connections.

Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care: Care for and support our patients during rehabilitation with professional basic and treatment care
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Actively contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and take responsibility
• Flexibility: Due to the diverse tasks with us, you can demonstrate your flexibility in different situations
• Leadership: You lead your team on the ward very independently but can always count on the support of your team leader
• Coordination: You ensure purposeful care in rehabilitation with the team. You are responsible for coordinating and planning the processes.

Your profile

• Education: Completed training as a nurse or a comparable qualification with at least one positive SRK pre-check
• Experience: You have experience in nursing and already bring experience in the MSK / neurology field and ideally have already gained initial leadership experience or the desire to develop further into a leadership role
• Personality: You are an empathetic and team-oriented personality who practices their profession with joy and commitment. You are characterized by your organizational skills, professional communication, and positive attitude.
