Your area of responsibility:
Professional preparation and processing of high-quality dishes for à la carte and banquets
Management of the assigned station
Setting up the daily mise-en-place
Production and preparation of catering and assistance off-site
Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations according to HACCP, as well as cleaning tasks
Required skills:
Apprenticeship as a cook EFZ
German spoken and written
