At the Bächli Care Center, we offer a total of 88 care places across three care departments, which are divided according to their focus on Palliative Care (including the "Quality in Palliative Care" label), Acute and Transitional Care, and Neuro Care. We work in an interprofessional team consisting of the medical service, therapies, and nursing.

• As a specialist, you provide individual and resource-oriented support for residents and their relatives
• Actively shape care processes and document them in the nursing records
• Comprehensive care and support of the residents
• Help shape the logistical processes in the care group
• Together with the nursing specialist, responsible for the daily business

• Completed vocational training as a health specialist or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Service- and person-oriented actions and work
• Knowledge of Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, Basal Stimulation
• Open to new things and willing to commit to an advanced understanding of care

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
