• Support and relief of customer advisors in the administrative processing of all business transactions related to numbers, saving, financing, pension, and investing
• Telephone and written contact with internal and external customers
• Coordination and implementation of data cleansing orders
• Execution of 1st Line of Defense controls in the investment area to ensure compliance

• Completed banking training or equivalent education with experience in banking
• Conceptual skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Reliable, independent, and highly service-oriented working style
