To strengthen the legal department of the Kieser corporate group, we are looking for a Paralegal (m/f/d) for our system headquarters in Zurich, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your mission
As part of our legal department, you are a central contact person for legal issues within the entire organization. You advise our specialist departments, management, and company-owned training studios in the DACH region with a practical, solution-oriented approach. Through your expertise, you ensure that legal processes are implemented efficiently and precisely company-wide, thus making an important contribution to the legal certainty and stability of the entire corporate group.
What you achieve
- Efficient and legally secure contract management: You support the creation, review, and negotiation of standard contracts (e.g., supply, service, NDA, GTC, IT, and license agreements) and the further development of contract templates, guidelines, and legal standards.
- Legal sparring partner: Independent, efficient handling of legal cases and legal advice to specialist departments (sales, HR, IT, marketing, etc.) and training studios on civil, commercial, and contract law issues, including targeted escalation of complex topics to the head of the legal department or external law firms.
- Corporate housekeeping and IP: You support management in corporate housekeeping and are the internal interface in the administration of trademark and patent rights.
- Ensuring internal compliance: Through your structured and careful working method, you ensure that all legal requirements are met and that both digital and physical deadline and file management are reliably maintained.

What defines you
- Bachelor's degree in business law, paralegal training, or comparable specialized qualification
- Professional experience in a legal department in the business sector is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of civil, commercial, and contract law; basic labor law
- Fluent German (C2) and very good English skills (C1), proficient with MS Office
- Quick comprehension, structured, precise, reliable, and independent working style, initiative and high service orientation as well as discretion and team spirit
- Versatile interested and committed personality who can think outside the box and remains calm and composed even in hectic situations
