Customer Advisor Integration and Pension (80%-100%)

As a customer advisor, you accompany and support IV clients with potential for integration into the work process. This begins with a personal interview to determine the current situation. Afterwards, you collect all missing documents and contact the treating doctors, employers, and other insurance providers.

You monitor how a person's integration potential and thus their entitlement to benefits develop. If there are uncertainties, you invite your colleagues from career counseling, integration counseling, job coaching, and the regional medical service to an interdisciplinary case discussion.

If an application can only be partially or not at all fulfilled, you explain to the customer how the decision was made. In your work, you also frequently encounter complex legal questions and contact our legal department for clarification.

You convince us both professionally and personally.

For this responsible role, you have a commercial education with profile M or E, or a medical vocational training with a qualified business school diploma. You can especially impress us with a specialist certificate in social insurance or the willingness to obtain one. Work experience in a complex administrative role will greatly facilitate your start with us.

In addition to your professional qualifications, you have a quick grasp and the ability to think in a networked way. You like to make decisions and communicate clearly.
