Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing, Long Turning

Activities

Independent setup, programming, and operation of CNC long turning machines (Star with Fanuc control)
Manufacturing precise workpieces based on technical drawings and specifications
Performing quality checks including documentation of measurement results and order data
Development and continuous updating of setup and manufacturing documents
Ensuring operational readiness through regular maintenance and care of machines and measuring instruments
Participation in the continuous improvement of production processes and workflows

Requirements

Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a polymechanic and professional experience in long turning
Experience in an industrial SME environment, ideally in medical technology
Good programming skills (CAM or directly on Fanuc control / ISO code)
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
High quality awareness and customer-oriented thinking
Willingness to take responsibility for own tasks and results
Teamwork and flexibility
